Gregory F. Maher has extensive trial experience as lead counsel in numerous areas, including personal injury, medical and legal malpractice defense, product liability cases, railroad litigation, including FELA and grade crossing cases, life insurance, investment counselor liability, directors and officers liability with financial institutions, and arson fraud claims. He has also served as coordinating counsel on multi-party complex litigation. He received his Bachelors of Arts and Juris Doctorate from Washburn University. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Kansas and Missouri. He is admitted to practice in the Eighth Circuit and Tenth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American, Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute, the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel and the International Association of Arson Investigators.
