Thomas J. Koehler is experienced in civil trial litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Louis University in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University Law School in 1979 where he was an Associate Editor of the Washburn Law Journal. His principal areas of practice include personal injury, surety and construction litigation, railroad litigation, and insurance defense. Thomas is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Kansas and Missouri, the Tenth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is a member of the American, Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations and the ABA's Section on Tort and Insurance Practice.
